In this paper, by using (M, λ)-summability method which is defined by P.N. Natarajan in [13] as a typically generalization of N¨orlund method,
statistical convergence is generalized. The obtained method is called Mλstatistical (Mλ − st) convergence. In addition to, inclusion results for different
λ’s, some relations between statistical convergence and Mλ-statistical convergence are given. It also shown that Mλ-statistical convergence method is a
translative for any λ’s
